Regina Cash was born and raised in Anniston, Alabama. Mrs. Cash attended Jacksonville State University (JSU) where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree Summa Cum Laude in only three years. Mrs. Cash received her Juris Doctor from the University of Alabama School of Law. Since that time, she has practiced almost exclusively in the field of civil defense litigation.
In 2012 Mrs. Cash was honored with being selected as a “Rising Star” among Super Lawyers for the State of Alabama. This honor is limited to less than 5% of lawyers nationwide.
Mrs. Cash specializes in the defense of personal injury, premises liability, professional liability, employment law, workers’ compensation, construction defect, wrongful death and complex litigation. She has had the privilege of litigating with some of the best trial lawyers in Alabama, Florida and Mississippi. Mrs. Cash is not only licensed in all three states, but she regularly practices in those states where she is an active member of the state and federal bars.
Mrs. Cash believes that the most important asset a lawyer has is her knowledge of the law and legal profession. She works diligently to not only understand the law in the states in which she practices but prepares others by teaching continuing education classes for claims handlers, fellow attorneys, and members of the bar.
Mrs. Cash is blessed with the support of her loving family. She is married to her husband, Randy. They have two adult children, Amber and Michael, and four grandchildren. Mrs. Cash enjoys camping, canoeing, and time at the beach with her family.
