Since 1996, Mr. Collier has focused on personal injury, wrongful death, general liability, premises liability and breach of contract litigation. Personal injury litigation, construction defect and indemnity actions arise from construction projects, hydroplaning, trucking accidents, skylights, falls, fires and explosions. Mr. Collier’s jury trial experience includes wrongful death and catastrophic injury. Mr. Collier commonly represents owners, general contractors, subcontractors, sureties, manufacturers and vendors. Construction litigation experience includes single-family custom homes, commercial developments, complex condominium construction and site work (including ponds, dams and surface water). His insurance practice involves indemnity, risk-transfer actions, subrogation, direct representation and declaratory judgment actions.
During his first semester of law school at the University of Mississippi, Mr. Collier married his high school sweetheart, Lesley. They are the proud parents of two sons, Daniel and Joseph. Mr. Collier enjoys endurance sports, reading and Ole Miss football.
