Since 1996, Mr. Collier has focused on personal injury, wrongful death, general liability, premises liability and breach of contract litigation. Personal injury, construction defect and indemnity experience involve construction projects, hydroplaning, trucking accidents, skylights, falls, fires and explosions. Jury trial experience includes wrongful death and catastrophic injury. Mr. Collier commonly represents owners, general contractors, subcontractors, sureties, manufacturers and vendors. Construction litigation experience comes out of single-family custom homes, commercial developments, complex condominium construction and site work (including ponds, dams and surface water problems). His insurance practice involves indemnity, risk-transfer actions, subrogation, direct representation and declaratory judgment actions.
