Mark E. Harris

Mark E. Harris is a life-long native of Mobile, Alabama. He attended the University of Southern Mississippi, graduating summa cum laude in 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy. In 2014, Mark earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Alabama School of Law and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Alabama Manderson Graduate School of Business. While in law school, Mark was a senior editor of the Alabama Law Review and was named to the Bench and Bar Legal Honor Society. He was also named a Dean’s Scholar and a Graduate Council Fellow.

Mark clerked for several judges, including The Honorable Katherine P. Nelson and The Honorable Bert W. Milling, Jr., both U.S. Magistrate Judges for the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Alabama. Mark also clerked for The Honorable Benjamin H. Brooks III, Circuit Judge of the Alabama Thirteenth Judicial Circuit.

In March 2017, Mark joined Luther, Collier, Hodges & Cash, LLP as an associate in the firm’s Mobile office. Mark and his wife, Maria, have two daughters and attend Saint Dominic Catholic Church.
